Field recording and drawing have a lot in common. Both can be employed as mechanisms to understand place. Both offer mechanisms for mapping place. 1 min in Cēsis is such a process; an initial negotiation and exploration of a town. It was recorded during Rucka Artists Residency in Autumn 2019.
